Pentru a vizualiza materialele disponibile in acest moment, exista doua optiuni: accesarea fiecareia dintre sectiunile din meniul alaturat si cautarea informatiei specifice cu ajutorul optiunii de cautare a site-ului.

HR Club a lansat in noiembrie 2011 cea de a doua editie a manualului de bune practici in resurse umane din Romania, cuprinzand 22 de studii de caz grupate pe sase sectiuni: recrutare si selectie, compensatii si beneficii, managementul performantei, formare si dezvoltare profesionala, dezvoltare organizationala si strategie de resurse umane.

Studiile de caz au fost selectate dintr-un total de 55 de proiecte, fiind evaluate de un grup de lucru format din voluntari HR Club pe baza unor criterii precum recaplicabilitatea/ relevanta proiectelor pentru beneficiarii manualului, existenta si indeplinirea unor indicatori specifici (KPIs), originalitatea si componenta locala a initiativelor, fundamentarea conceptuala, teoretica si etica a acestora, precum si simplitatea/ eficienta si acuratetea in implementare a proiectului in ansamblul sau.
