Regional Seminar Timisoara: Trends and Challenges in the HR Field

Description of the event
HR Club organized a new regional seminar on September 15, 2011, in Timisoara on the topic of “Trends and Challenges in the HR Field”. Anca Podoleanu - Executive Director of HR Club, opened this event with the results of the latest HR Outlook survey and we continued with two successful HR projects on cost optimization and performance management. The participants to this event had then the opportunity to discuss on the latest salary trends with Alina Popescu - Reward Info Serv Manager at Hay Group, Andreea Telegdi - Business Development Manager, AIMS Human Capital Romania and Oana Datki – General Director at Consulteam – Mercer partner. Last but not least, this seminar included a session held by Iulian Patrascanu - Managing Partner, Fine Law Patrascanu si Asociatii on the latest changes brought to the Romanian Labour Code.
Participants
44 HR Club members, but not only, attended this seminar. The audience included practitioners (60%), HR service providers (40%) and members of the HR Club executive team.
