Iasi was the host of our second regional seminar, where we presented the findings of the 2010 HR Outlook survey conducted by HR Club, with the support of the marketing research company Daedalus Millward Brown. We continued with the latest performance management trends, from the performance appraisal process to the strategic performance management. Our speakers then presented some of the best HR projects of 2010, awarded within the third edition of the HR Club Excellence Awards Gala. Last but not least, the participants had the opportunity to discuss with Iulian Pastrascanu, labour law and labour relations specialist, about the latest changes in Romanian Labour Code, as well as about other issued raised by participants.

30 HR Club members, but not only, attended this seminar - from companies such as Casa Auto, Groupama Asigurari, E.ON IT Romania, Continental, Apavital, Capgemini. The audience included practitioners (80%), HR service providers (20%), media representatives and members of the HR Club executive team.
