March 26, HR Club organized the first regional seminar of the year, where some of the best HR initiatives and projects from 2009 were presented. We thus discussed how to effectively implement an organizational coaching program or how to plan an organizational change with minimal impact on employees. During the second part of this event, the participants had the chance to find out which are the 2010 trends regarding the evolution of the comp&ben packages, the flexibility of the labour market and the top priorities in human capital development.
Participants 54 HR Club members, and not only, attended this seminar – from companies such as World Vision International, Office Depot Service Center, BRD, Orange, Transilvania Constructii. The audience included practitioners (61%), service providers (35%), representatives of the social partners and members of the HR Club executive team.
