Within the HR Club Conference "Strategic partnership in times of economic downturn", Dave Ulrich, professor of business at the University of Michigan, conducted a special session for the general managers. The session focused on several key questions about talent, the main things a general manager needs to know about talent and how a real strategic partnership works between the top management and the human resources function to identify and develop talent.
