In December 2011, the HR Club Association had about 400 members, of which approximately 40% represent companies providing HR services and the remaining 60% activate in the HR departments of foreign and Romanian companies across the country. In terms of accountability, 65% have superior functions within the top and middle management (CEO, Partner, Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Director), while the others are HR management experts and specialists. The majority of our members (about 90%) are located in Bucharest, but an increasingly large amount activate in other important cities of the country, such as Cluj-Napoca, Timisoara, Brasov and Iasi. Our members represent over 300 companies with over 150,000 employees (check the list of the HR Club members).

Registration in the HR Club is open to any individual, regardless of citizenship, nationality, race, religion, sex or political beliefs, which by his training and experience can contribute to achieving the goals and objectives of the Association, within the following conditions:

• to have 18 years or more;
• to dispose of the exercise of all civil and political rights;
• to adhere to and respect the status of the Association;
• to maintain a moral and worthy behavior in public life;
• to have a useful experience for the Association goals;
• to promote and actively participate in the programs and activities of the Association.

In order to become a member of the HR Club, applicants must fill in the application form (available in Romanian only) and send it along with the proof of payment by email to roxana.mares@hr-club.ro, by fax at 021-315 15 28 or courier to the following address:  48, Turturelelor Street., 2nd floor, room 2.2., 3rd Sector, Bucharest. The membership is nominal, non-transferable and active till the end of the calendar year.

HR Club provides for its members access to the latest practices, perspectives and ideas concerning the HR field, to research and information tools on HR best practices. Members also have the opportunity to learn, to meet their peers and to get informed by attending regular meetings, conferences and forums of the Club. Last but not least, HR Club members have access to virtual spaces and also to the online resources center on the HR Club website.

• Basic Package: 125 euro instead of 150 euro/year – mainly provides access to the HR Club online resources;
• Associate Package: 215 euro insted of 250 euro/year – also includes free access to the HR Club Internal and Regional Seminars;
• Premium Package: 425 euro instead of 500 euro/year – includes free access to almost every event and activity organized by HR Club in 2012;
• Provider Package: 875 euro instead of 1000 euro/year – includes all the benefits of the "Premium Package", together with a series of visibility benefits for the HR services provider companies that aquire this package.
