Description of the event
On May 12, HR Club organized a new seminar in Bucharest which gave our members the opportunity to discuss about some interesting performance management projects that were successfully implemented in 2010. The second part of this event was dedicated to the latest changes brought to the Romanian Labour Code regarding the introduction of performance criteria in the job description.
Participants: 60 HR professionals, HR Club members, but not only.
