Thursday, September 17, 2009 a new best practices seminar took place, this time the discussion focusing on Organizational Development issues. The half-a-day event brought together best practices from companies in Romania with the aim of answering one question: what OD measures were taken lately and how did they help the organization?
Participants
72 HR Club members, and not only, attended this seminar - from companies such as ING, Bitdefender, Orange, Rompetrol, Carrefour, Banca Transilvania. The audience included practitioners (48%), HR service providers (50%) and members of the HR Club executive team.
