Description of the event
On October 21, HR Club organized a new internal seminar dedicated to the latest trends in HR, whose special guest was Vanessa Robinson, Head of HR Practice Development la CIPD. The 55 participants had also the chance to find out more about some of the best performance management projects implemented in Romanian organizations.
Participants
55 HR Club members, but not only, attended this seminar - from companies such as Beiersdorf, Avon Cosmetics, Banca Transilvania, IBM Romania, CEC Bank. The audience included practitioners (60%), HR service providers (40%), media representatives and members of the HR Club executive team.
