The third internal seminar of the year was dedicated to Training & Development and focused on corporate best practices and models for measuring and improving training and development activities.
Participants
60 HR Club members, and not only, attended this seminar - from companies such as Arctic, Orange, JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel, Snack Attack. The audience included practitioners (40%), HR service providers (50%), media representatives and members of the HR Club executive team.
