HR Club Internal Seminar: 2009 Organizational Interventions

Description of the event
The first 2010 seminar took place on Thursday, March 11, and focused on some of the best 2009 HR initiatives and projects, awarded within the second edition of the HR Club Excellence Awards Gala. The participants had the opportunity to discuss how to make an organizational change with minimum impact on employees, how to continue to build the employer brand in challenging times, how a manager can maintain his team motivated and how to effectively put human resources at the top of the list. Last but not least, representatives of Consulteam, Hewitt Associates and Manpower presented their conclusions of the studies they conducted last year, as well as some 2010 trends.

64 HR Club members, but not only, attended this seminar - from companies such as Rompetrol, Xerox Romania, Danone, Philip Morris Romania. The audience included practitioners (59%), HR service providers (36%), media representatives and members of the HR Club executive team.
