HR Best Practices Manual, 2nd Edition
HR Club launched in November 2011 the second edition of the HR Best Practices Manual in Romania (Romanian version only), including 22 case studies grouped in six sections: compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection, training and development, organizational development, HR strategy, performance management.
The case studies were selected from a total of 55 projects which were evaluated by a working group made of HR Club volunteers based on criteria such as relevance of the project for the manual’s beneficiaries, existence of KPIs, originality and local component of the initiative, conceptual, theoretical end ethical fundament of the initiative and accuracy in implementation of the project.
The first edition of the manual was launched in 2010 and was disseminated in 500 copies to HR professionals in Romania throuth the project Partnership for the Development of the HR Field (POSDRU/41/3.3/G/17900).
In 2011 we continued this initiative with our own resources, so the second edition of the HR Best Practices Manual can be bought for the price of 95 RON (TVA included). For more information, please contact us at office@hr-club.ro.
