1. Prime, sporuri si alte drepturi pentru salariatul reintegrat in functie. Care sunt drepturile salariale pe care le poate pretinde salariatul care solicita instantei reintegrarea in functie? Doctrina si jurisprudenta nu se pun intotdeauna de acord. Vorbim despre sporuri, prime, drepturi in natura, dobanzi, ajutoare etc. 2. Cand poate lipsi salariatul de la cercetarea disciplinara? Potrivit legii, neprezentarea salariatului la convocarea facuta pentru cercetarea abaterii disciplinare, fara un motiv obiectiv, da dreptul angajatorului sa dispuna sanctionarea fara efectuarea cercetarii. Per a contrario, invocarea unui motiv obiectiv de catre salariat il va impiedica pe angajator sa il sanctioneze in absenta acestuia. Problema care se ridica este ce intelegem prin motive obiective?
